Kathy is an active community volunteer, serving on the board of Play it Forward, a non-profit dedicated to providing musical instruments, instruction, and inspiring performance opportunities to students throughout the Pacific Northwest.

With over 20 years of experience at Nike, Kathy has a proven track record of delivering superior results while working under aggressive timelines. She has experience in Strategy Development, Organizational Transformation, High-level Communications, Team Building, Project Management and Process Improvement after working in Corporate Services and Real Estate, Investor Relations and Nike’s Apparel business units. Kathy started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in their Chicago and Portland offices.
